Business Development Manager(SEO)

3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Responsible for selling Internet services(SEO/SEM (Anywhere)
Cold calling leads/prospects in a Business-to-Business sales environment. Excellent telephone manners & tactfulness required to schedule appointments or conference calls.
Generate leads database for the target market through search engines, portals and references.
Develop skills in working across cross-cultural teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions and services to begin sales cycle.
Maintain records of contacts and accounts with daily & periodic reporting.
Telephonic communication or Emails correspondence to respond to customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.

Search Engine Optimiser

Should have 1-2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of various white hat SEO techniques and Link development includes reciprocal link building, 1 way and 3 way link building, forums and Blog link building.
Writing Meta tags and optimizing other on-page factors like header tags, alt text etc.
Executing and managing promotional (SEO) projects.
Thorough understanding of how search engines algorithms work (Google, Yahoo!, & MSN)
Knowledge of optimizing dynamic websites is a MUST
Other internet marketing related strategies such as blog and forum posting, banner advertising, affiliate marketing etc.
The candidate should also have the capabilities to generate new business by developing prospects and subsequently converting them to clients.
Effective Communication skills, particularly in the area of explaining fairly technical ideas to non-technical roles.

Content Writer

Copy writing, editing, reporting, creative and feature-writing articles, press releases, web content and daily news stories.
Editing various stories and rewriting if necessary. Editing includes the language correctness, spell check.
Editing, rewriting stories and press releases, coordinating with reporters, designers and illustrators.
Demonstrated skills in preparation and presentation of bids and proposals.
Attending and covering press meets and product launch.
Writing content for marketing & campaigning, content for portal, newsletters, banners, mailers & press releases
Sales writing for web also, Need a good writer who can explain product's and services in an enticing fashion
Someone who can write articles on demand
Writing on any of the following subjects: Technology, Mobile, Consumer Electronics and Health.
Correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation are very important
English must be excellent, Fluent English writer (American English)
Proficiency in Written and spoken English. Strong Analytical Skills, visualization skills, attention to detail, orientation towards creative writing and research

Web Designer(Layout)

Ability to design layout and brochure.
Expertise in Macromedia Dream Weaver, Flash and Flash MX, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and other web tools.

Web Designer/Developer(HTML/CSS)

Strong HTML, Dream weaver, CSS skills
Ability to develop HTML pages from Photoshop PSD
Work with Layout and Designing of complete front-end for lot of different websites
Working with JavaScript for Layout and front-end changes, Fireworks & Photoshop
Extensive hands-on experience with Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Front-page and Dream weaver.
Expert knowledge of HTML 4.0, XHTML, DHTML ,CSS and JavaScript; Strong knowledge of web standards is a must.
Passionate towards websites

Dotnet Developer

Relevant experience from 3 to 5 years in Dotnet Framework.
Strong background in AJAX, ASP. Net, VB.Net, ADO.Net, C#, SQL Server 2000, IIS, COM+, JavaScript and various Windows Server Platforms
Should have experience in team handling.
Ability to interact with client.

PHP Developer

Relevant experience of 2.6-5 years
Ability to translate complex business cases into clear, maintainable code.
Commitment to documentation and maintainable code.
Excellent knowledge of data structures, SDLC, HTTP, RDBMS and PHP/MySQL concepts.
Good knowledge of PHP Fundamentals, Web applications and multimedia technologies.
