Flexible Management of work hours
We have alternate saturday working with a 5 day working week and an 8 hour work day. We wish to allow the flexibility to any individual to leave early on any given day if they so choose. Therefore if an individual works half day on any given day the individual does not lose their salary or their leaves. Instead they can compensate for the same by working extra hours on other days. this kind of flexibility exists in no other organization.
Reward Point Mechanism
Employees are granted reward points in lieu of the various contributions that he makes to the organization such as:-
Referring friends for placement.
Making a Sale (Except For The Marketing Dept)
Taking less leaves than allowed.
Extraordinary performance (like solving a major bug/completing work before time).
Extremely punctual.
Imbibing good culture trait (managements Discretion) in the Organization.
Employees can redeem their reward points on mile stones of 50, 100 and 150 and so on.
For eg. at 50 points the employee will be rewarded with Digital Camera/Mobile Phone/Microwave Oven etc.

Flexi leaves
Instead of bifurcating our leaves separately into Privilege Leaves, Casual Leaves, Sick Leaves and Public Holidays, we have simply combined all of these leaves into a single heading called Flexi-Leaves. A total of 32 flexi leaves are available to each individual for each Candidate year.
Open and transparent culture
Anyone in the organization at any level, any designation, any management band, in any team can freely approach anyone else at any level / team / designation to discuss anything.
Penchant for productivity
At Mindgenies we are super-obsessive about productivity. Every employee in every department has multiple LCD monitors. Our facilities team is always researching ergonomics as it applies to lighting, seating, workstations etc. Any tool, device, software that can help us work better, is for the asking.
